A poor customer experience was the catalyst for Sandro Pavone to create his own window furnishings business.
After spending years in the car industry Sandro’s career changed lanes (excuse the pun!) to commercial blinds, yet he quickly realised that businesses at the time focussed more on quantity of customers over quality of service.
So in 2009, Creative Blinds and Shutters was born (now rebranded to Pavone + Co) and the vision from day one has always been to provide a high-quality, encompassing and collaborative service that is deeply personalised with clients seen as unique individuals instead of those who just pay the invoice at the end.
As they say, behind every great man is an even greater woman and Angela Pavone is no exception to this. She is the glue that binds not only the business but the family together (and can make Sandro do anything she asks!). If Sandro is the problem solver, Interior designer Ange is the creative mind.
